In this passage, Jesus returns to His hometown, but instead of being welcomed with faith, He is met with doubt and rejection. The people who knew Him as a carpenter’s son could not recognize His divine mission. Their lack of faith limited the miracles Jesus could perform. This teaches us that faith opens the door to God’s power, while unbelief closes it.
