Feb 8, 2025 Mark 6:30-34 REST

In this passage, Jesus shows His deep compassion, not only for the people who seek Him but also for His disciples who tirelessly serve. After their mission, the apostles return to Jesus, eager to return to Jesus to share their experiences. Yet, instead of immediately sending them back to ministry, Jesus invites them to rest. He understands that spiritual nourishment requires both action and contemplation, service and solitude.
